genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever received. they refused to deliver my package because i have a steep driveway, they claimed it was too slippery despite being completely clear of snow. (photos included)when i tried to call for customer service i got either 1) a useless automated service or 2) a customer service representative that could barely understand a single word that was said. absolutely ridiculous

Today, Mark’s my first experience with FedEx location in Kingston, especially this one. There is a a gentleman named. Anwar, and I also met his Supervisor Penny.
This guy is the best. I guess also because he received the best training from his supervisor.. but she discounted the rate, put my package as top priority. Helped me several times since I had the wrong address and been patient with me. I am personally a business owner here in Kingston and I focus on logistics. By far these guys are five star.
