Akshat wrote it all up and gave me a price. Went ahead and did the upgrade/signed up for 2 yr contract. Contracts that were sent to me , did NOT match price given to me beforehand, it was more expensive. 2 trips to store , and 2 hrs on phone has not resolved this. Akshat promised to call and update me, and has not. Mgr from store was no help, she said it was his issue to fix. So now stuck with a higher priced contract for 2 yrs!
