  Went in looking for info on a new phone/plan. Got great advice and service from Caleb. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this store for your Bell cell needs.

  I've been a client of Bell for years, and as opposed to what one may expect from an official Bell store, this place had the worst deal in the entire city. BUT most importantly - the manager was an absolute nutcase, trying to employ sleazy sales tactics and displayed abrasive conduct throughout. Let's face it - even if you're being generous, hearing "I could get you a better deal, but I'm tired and want to go home" isn't exactly what you'd want to hear from any sales rep anywhere, much less from an individual who is supposed to lead the charge and be the face of a billion dollar conglomerate. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this branch like the plague. You can thank me later.

  I recently purchased a new phone from this store and had a great experience. The manager Guido and staff member Aisha were extremely helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and helped me get a very good discount on the phone. Their customer service was excellent, and they made the whole purchase smooth and easy. I really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend this store to others.
