    I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Looking back, I should have walked out the moment the sales rep, Brad, claimed he could lower my monthly bill only if I paid $550 upfront. He pitched it as a better deal than what Bell could offer directly: “Pay $550 and I can drop your monthly bill by $30.” After pushing back, he suddenly dropped the amount to $350—a clear sign he had far too much room to “negotiate.” I should have recognized that as the first red flag. I agreed to the $350 and was handed a pile of “bonus” accessories as if that somehow justified the cost. It felt off, but the bigger shock came later. Once I got home, I checked the upgrade offers directly through my Bell app—and the offer for my other line was better than what Brad claimed Bell was offering at the store. No inflated costs. No supposed “mandatory” down payment. No gimmicks. This location is clearly not operating like a standard Bell store, and based on my experience, it absolutely should be investigated. The staff rely on slick, misleading sales tactics that border on predatory. For years, I dealt directly with Bell by phone and always managed to negotiate fair upgrades without any of this nonsense. But this time, I was lured back into the store with the promise that, as a franchise, they had “extra leverage” to give me a better deal than Bell could offer. That was a lie. If you’re reading this, learn from my mistake—skip this store entirely and deal directly with Bell. I wish I had.

    I dealt with Brad absolutely incredible service in the store. All associates were busy helping other people as well. I will definitely come back to the store for All future purchases very customer oriented thank you so much

    Received a phone call about coming in to upgrade my phone, when I asked over the phone what the offer was they told me "we cannot discus this over the phone" so I came in. The staff were extremely rude when I got there. Zack and his colleague talked over eachother from across the room. When I asked what the offer was I was told "I'm showing you" I was asked to pay 500 dollars on the spot to "save my self money" and when I told them I wasent interested in doing that today I was told "it doesn't matter you will be back" . This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Genuinely thinking of switching providers at this point and I will never be back to this location if I decide to stay with Bell.
