- MRMarina RozinaFeb 14, 20261.0We had an amazing service at this location the first time around when we came to upgrade our phones. However, later at home we ran into an issue with transferring data from the old phone to the new one. We went back to this location and asked for help. First, they barely acknowledged we were there, then they asked us for proof that we got the phones from there (even though it was just a few hours ago and all the information is available on our file), then they said they won’t help us with the transfer, as they were already helping another customer. We’ve literally simply asked for the same service that was offered to us earlier. But this time they said they don’t do that at the store (even though they did it for one of the 3 of us on our initial visit and it took less than 30 min). They talked to us in a very rude and condescending manner and basically told us to call Bell instead and leave the store. We’ve never once encountered such rude attitude at any other Bell location. We were at the store a good 3 hours before closing time, so being short on time is not even an issue. We are extremely disappointed with this situation.
