Lied that phones at other providers are only "leases" and must be returned to the company after 2 years. Then got angry and argumentative when caught in her lie. Lied that she has anything to do with BELL and lied that she had the power to fix an issue that she was directed to fix by the online technical support team. Gaslighting and illegal sales tactics. DO NOT GO TO BELL.

- MSMark ScottAug 17, 20191.0They book an appointment we waited all day no call no show after waiting I can and they tell me a service technician will be here the following morning be four noon , so we wait again noon comes and goes call back and get told the appointment was booked for a 8 to 5 appointment so I wait again and big surprise still no service technician , so once again I call told the address on service call was wrong that’s now why no one showed up but still leaves the fact that no text or call . I asked to speak to manager and was told that they will call me within 24 hours and guess what no call WHAT A JOKE .
