Lied that phones at other providers are only "leases" and must be returned to the company after 2 years. Then got angry and argumentative when caught in her lie. Lied that she has anything to do with BELL and lied that she had the power to fix an issue that she was directed to fix by the online technical support team. Gaslighting and illegal sales tactics. DO NOT GO TO BELL.

- FAFred AvdeeffMay 24, 20245.0Recently moved to Huntsville…requested telephone, internet, and satellite service to house…internet and telephone hookup accomplished quickly and efficiently by first serviceman…first guy to attend to tv really confusing to what to do and said he would be back after I completed jobs he wanted me to attend to…finally had another service individual (Fred 023916) who came and quickly assessed situation, explained what had to be done, finished quickly and everything worked great. (Note: access to/and wait times for telephone service dept are unbelievably long. The people are great but it is apparent that (upper) management keep cutting staff to make that incremental profit increase from the previous year. I feel the urge to scream in frustration whenever I hear that phrase..”we are experiencing increased wait times due to high customer demand…”. Really…I would feel less upset if they just said “we are experiencing long wait time because management feels that profits are more important than good service” sometimes the truth is more palatable.)
