  Customer service is rude and have no manners.. this is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with I don’t recommend anyone to have bell services

  The staff are helpful and very friendly. I felt comfortable to ask questions, and they were all answered. I had a very good experience and will continue going back.

  Exceptional experience with kind and compassionate staff members. Dan went above and beyond this morning during an iPhone purchase transaction. The week prior, we also spoke to Dan on the phone and received the same type of experience. Thank you, Dan for your patience and understanding. If you’re looking for a store that provides all of the above I highly suggest the Hanover Bell location.
