  I went there to get a new SIM card for my new plan and the guy told me to call this number and I'll get back to you they will want to talk to me. So I called Bell waiting about 45 minutes until they said okay I need to talk to the worker at Bell. Then when I tried to give the phone to him he's like oh I can't help you I'm too busy. Waste of my time. Never going back there again.

  My wife and I specifically go to this location for all of our Bell services and issues. Specifically because of their employee Matthew (the only reason we are still we went back to Bell to begin with). But this past week we had the pleasure of speaking with Mike, who proved just as helpful and we wanted to take a second and commend both of these gentlemen publicly. They really do go above and beyond for their customers and we want to commend the owners of this location for having such informed, friendly, helpful staff there for their customers! One of my best friends started out working for Rogers in a similar store front and worked their way to corporate (at a different communications company). I truly hope the same for these gentlemen

  Personally went to zack, great knowledge of the product and services and make sure I was completely comfortable with everything. Thank you so much. The other employees are nice there too very friendly.
