    So disappointed in Bell. Their costumer service is useless! I was inaccurately charged for Roaming while on a Trip overseas. Despite having done my due diligence and purchasing the appropriate Travel sim cards and following all the correct processes, Bell still slapped me with charges through the roof. After wasting over an hour and a half of my valuable time trying to resolve the issue they refused to fix the problem. This is a greedy, money sucking, poor service Company - that steals money from their clients with absolutely no care in the world. - CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!

    Bella is a company that will do anything and everything to keep you as a customer even though their service sucks. They're only good because they are global other than that they suck. Internet receptions always falling and dropping, prices for internet is outrageous. Planning on looking into Rogers. My friends told me about his experience with Rogers and it sounds a lot better than Bell even though they have their issues as well. On the bright side at least the bill will be outrageous and I'll be paying the right price for the service I'm getting.

    Absolutely garbage company that will not hesitate to screw you over while providing nothing in return. Yesterday, Bell workers discontinued my internet with no warning and did nothing to solve the issue. I personally had to call Bell and set up a new account (even though I’ve been a customer for over a year) and have a new modem delivered just to access my own internet. The salesman blatantly lied to me on the phone, promising this issue would be resolved by today, but Bell never came. Upon calling to inquire, customer service told me I won’t get my service restored for another 3 days and that they would not do anything to rectify the problem. A terrible company who does not care about their customers. If you can, purchase your services from any other provider, you will be glad you did.

    Absolutely worse service for phones and internet. Absolutely worst customer service. Dont buy fibre. Dont buy tv. Dont buy a cell. Dont buy anything from bell. They dont care about you. They know they have a monopoly at this point so they do whatever they want.
