Michael is the manager at the Bell Store and I had been a loyal mobile with Bell for more than 20 years. A recent promotion was only for new customers and I had ported out my number to another carrier in order to take advantage of the deal at Costco. I tried porting back my number after a couple days and Bell was blocking the transfer saying it was the other provider not wanting to acknowledge the request. I went to Limeridge Mall to get an explanation from Chatr and the service representative explained there was no transfer request made from Bell. Frustrated, I happened to stumbled into the Bell store, met Michael who identified my account had transitioned to suspended when the number was ported . He took the time to call his back office to confirm his findings and navigated the system to let me know it will be lifted after January 10, 25. He explained being an old grandfathered plan, it had this stipulation attached to it. I felt relieved quite satisfied with his service. Thank you so much Michael!

When I went in to get the new phones for both my fiancé and me, Maruf was able to help me with the phone plan and set up. He was also very helpful in assisting me in switching over and getting my fiancée under the same account as me. Overall very satisfied with my experience at this Bell store!
