To be honest, I was expecting a complicated process and an extended wait before the Internet would be up and running in my home. My experience was just the opposite. I was met by a friendly sales consultant John M., who made the process very simple and straightforward. He answered all my questions and best of all arranged for installation the next day! John’s friendliness and professionalism made the experience an enjoyable one. And getting a Black Friday deal was the icing on the cake.
