  We were at the Bell store today and wanting to upgrade 3 phones. The help that we got with this process was remarkable. They were helpful and answered all our questions even though we may have asked some questions more than once. We would recommend going to this location (Bell Eastgate).

  A Bell representative signed me up for a 2 year contract without informing me that they were signing me up for a 2 year contract. I contacted Bell 5 weeks ago when I received the modem to tell them to cancel, which they were legally required to do without penalty as per the Consumers Protection Act, and they said it’s too late. I submitted a formal complaint the same day, exactly 5 weeks ago, and Bell has yet to respond to my complaint. I have followed up 4 times since, with no response. I have been without internet service for 5 weeks and Bell has not even attempted to resolve this. Bell breaks the law to scam people into signing up for their services and then ghosts the people they’ve scammed

  The Assistant manager Mani took care of our phone number porting effortlessly and gave us the best deals. Very happy with the service!

  Mani was extremely helpful, resolved a long standing issue and saved us some money in the process. The whole process was stress-free. They got a great team! Highly recommended store.
