I went there to get e sim 2nd time that guy made an excuse because he doesn't want to spoil his free time as he was standing there... 2 weeks back I went there to get e sim he did not respond.. he wasn't doing anything.. when I asked him I need help he told me go through app or call customer service.. I don't know why he is there if he is not interested to help bell customers... Worst customer service ever seen...

Came in to see what they can do about their shitty service always dropping my calls, they tried to blame it on my phone (a brand new s25) even had the audacity to blame Samsung and say there's a recall for it lmao which there isn't. I've contacted samsung and they explained it is the service. Tried another Sim card from a different provider and no problem.
