My mother in law and I came in together, her needing an upgrade and me, porting my number over from another provider and getting a new phone. Jack and Amy thoroughly walked through our options and even got my mother in law a much better deal on her phone plan than she was currently paying. We both ended up getting phones that were perfect for our needs, and Jack and Amy helped get us all up and running with ease. Overall this was such a smooth and pleasant experience and you can tell they value their customers through their level of service. Thanks again!

Bell needs to rethink their call centers which are not providing very good service! I then drove to Guelph and had the pleasure of dealing with Jessie at the Stone Road Mall Bell store. She made my visit to set up the 2 new cellular lines for my grandchildren very smooth. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. I felt completely at ease dealing with her!
