She dealt with us and multi tasked with other customers and always apologized for the wait to us and new customers coming in. After two previous bad experiences one at Bell World in Hanover with a staff member telling me EPP program is something that Best Buy only offers and at Best Buy Express in Hanover that although they offered the EPP, were having computer issues and couldn't do all 3 phones because the store would be closing. So I said cancel everything. We decided to come to the Goderich store and so glad we did!! Maria Martinez you rock!!
