  My experience was at our local Bell store in Goderich a smaller town. Chris and Andrea are very personable. Chris Has always treated me well and got me set up with new phones. Chris sorted issues with our travel usage, a ringer issue and suggested a plan that better suited us. He clearly explained the advantages and minor cost differences. I upgraded to a newer phone when had explained everything. I have often been frustrated with online client service. Having Knowledgeable employees who are available to talk to in person is something that Bell should always offer. Please keep good employees in small communites. You know we have a large population of boomers and retirees who need your service help. Truly I usually see seniors mostly when in the store!

  Got my upgrade today, pretty sure her name was Andrea. She was amazing easy to talk to and walked me through everything, made normal conversation which was nice to have aswell. You guys are awesome all definitely be back

  Went into the Bell store in Goderich to talk about a new phone. Mine was acting up and causing a lot of issues. Andrea, was the customer care rep who served me( During our approx. 2.5 hrs, I came to learn she was 2mths new at this spot.) She was great, patient, informative and funny. The Manager, Chris was great too. He was helpful when needed but let her work through the issues. As I said, my phone had many issues. We worked through them and I left with a brand new Galaxy 26. Great service and care. Highly recommend.

  I visited the Bell store on the square in Goderich today. I needed to get a new iPhone. Andrea went above and beyond to make the switch to a new phone as easy as possible. She explained things so well. Chris was also extremely knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot any issues that arose. Highly recommend this store as the staff are top notch.
