She helped us connect with our workplace to secure the corporate discount on our cell phones, smoothly ported our numbers over, and set us up with internet and TV. One of the best parts was her recommendation to use the Bell TV app instead of physical boxes—it saved us a lot of money and works perfectly for our needs. As a new Bell customer I’ve been disappointed with administrative errors made after I signed up but having an employee who actually cares about making things right is keeping me from looking for service elsewhere, so far. In my opinion this young man is a great asset to Bell and some other employees could take notes. Treat your customers fairly and they will remain loyal customers. It really is as simple as that.
