- ISIvan S.3 days ago5.0I just wanted to thank an employee at this location, he was just really awesome. It was a black man, probably in his 30s or 40s. I didn't catch his name obviously...He was so enthusiastic in helping me, figured some stuff out, and went above and beyond. It's nice to see at a shipping business where people could easily become careless or disgruntled. Thanks!
- GGG.R. GrittDec 12, 20251.0Delivery drivers are incapable to deliver to my front door. Instead, they toss it onto my front steps, blocking the stairs and left in slush and rain. Or they deliver it to my parking spot in the alleyway, where it's even more easily stolen or damaged. I have asked the delivery drivers to deliver to the front door, they say "If I remember to and if I have time", or they say there's snow. I've shovelled the front snowbank - there's not any more snow than they alleyway parking spot you delivered to. I've complained to management 3 times already, twice to Cody. I'll send a 4th email today, but I suspect nothing will change. I have ZERO issues with Purolator, DHL, Canada Post, Dragonfly, Amazon, etc. Only FedEX seems incapable of finding my front door AND ringing my doorbell. I avoid them at all costs.
- SCSarah CardinalOct 16, 20251.0Literally the worst shipping service I’ve ever used in my life. The package was returned once stating I didn’t have the correct forms which I did. Everything was provided from the company I ordered from. I attempted to resend after checking all the forms and labels provided which included all the information they required. On Tuesday evening I attempted to reshoot the package however this time I was informed they would not return the box to sender I had to pick the packages up or it would be considered abandoned and disposed of. I sent the box out Tuesday evening and they informed me of this Thursday morning.
- RTRog Grow TechOct 26, 20211.0Worst delivery company next to muskoka. I already paid for a delivery and they wouldn’t leave it because they said it needed to be paid. After being on hold for 20 minutes they hang up on you. Driver would not turn around to deliver my package he messed up on and made me drive 2 hours to get it. Choose a different service because they have no clue what’s is going on.
