I called the customer service and asked for assisting, for the next 5 days they asked me wait at my home as there is a technician coming between 9am to 5pm. After waiting for 5 days, 12 calls to customer service( One day the customer service technician made me wait in front of the modem booting and rebooting the modem for 4 to5 times, till upto 1 am past midnight) After all this drama i decided i should give up as i never had any such bad experience from any other companies.
