(We have been massively disappointed in the service from Bell. They were twice unable to get our PVR working, kept sending us new modems and receivers that did not solve the problem, and failed to reimburse us either fot this or for the loss of home phone use for weeks. And we spent hours on the phone with their useless agents.) Back to the Akbion mall store: they would not take the equipment back, and told us to mail it. It turned out that at least we did not have to pay the postage...
