I arrived with 30 minutes remaining until closing. Upon entry, I was initially greeted warmly. However, once the manager, Dhara, realized I was there for ID verification (not a potential sale), her tone abruptly changed. She insisted it was "too late" and I should return tomorrow, despite the store being empty and still open. When I explained the urgency, she claimed she lacked the proper scanner or knowledge to process the verification and refused to call the required security line. This is unacceptable for a corporate store manager. After calling the security line myself, the manager (Dhara) retreated to the backroom. Thankfully, a sales representative named Stuti quickly and professionally stepped in. Stuti took the call from the CSR, demonstrated immediate leadership, and efficiently handled the complex identity verification process, saving my order. The 3-star rating is entirely for Stuti's outstanding effort and customer focus. If the rating were based on the manager's attitude, lack of knowledge, and unprofessionalism, it would be negative. I strongly urge district management to train Dhara on essential processes and professionalism, and to recognize and promote Stuti for her excellent initiative and dedication to customer support.
