This caused issues as I was not a bell customer prior to this but had a bell device provided by my employer. I choose to keep the existing number, which caused issues in the system. Rachel at the Sherway store was very understanding and help full. Previously I had spent 1.5 hours in the store. Plus 2 hours on the phone only to be told to return to the store to correct the issue. Rachel was very very very understanding and solved all my issues. Give this Woman a raise, she kept me a client, I was beyond ready to walk.
