I finally decided to switch to Bell, and the young man Tyler who helped me completely changed my experience. He was so calm, respectful, and genuinely caring the entire time. Not once did he make me feel rushed or frustrated. Tyler explained everything clearly and made the switch so easy. After the week I had, that kindness meant more than he probably realizes. Tyler truly deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for turning such a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

In a very short time they found a plan that was far superior to Rogers. The price point was unbelievable for what we got. I would definitely recommend stopping in to see Andrew or BethAnne before the end of Boxing week if want to save.

Patiently listened to my plight and set about fixing my problem. she had me all straightened out in about 20 minutes. Always had smile on her face. I certainly would wait to have her serve me anytime in the store.
