  I had bell fibe internet. I was not getting the speed I was paying for. Bell CS rep. "You will need to purchase a new router". I didn't think this was fair as I was using the router that they provided for the package I purchased. I decided to cancel. After canceling I paid my last bill in complete, only to get a late payment fee. I had to spend an hour on the phone from one high-pressure tatic rep to the next. They literally made it hell to cancel even though I did everything on my side that I was supposed to da. After pleading with the CS reps and threatening a better business bureau complaint they finally removed the lat fee surcharge. Bell now is the only company that I know who sends people door to door to harrass you at your home. I will never ever deal with this company again .

  Chris served me when I exchanged my phone. He gave me exceptional service. In my opinion he is a great asset to your company. I also think that employees like him are few and far between and that they deserve the best from their employers. It would be a wonderful world if we would have a world filled with caring and compassionate people like him. I wish him great success in all his endeavours and may God bless him always.
