    I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Bell Store in Vaughan. The sales consultant, Mr. Rajat, went above and beyond to help me. He is incredibly humble, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me with my plan and device, explained everything without rushing, and actually cared about making sure I was satisfied. The whole process felt super easy and stress-free.

    Sales consultant Rajat is not helpful and very rude and condescending. Did not accommodate us properly with our concern and laughing at us for not understanding our bill? At least have the decency to explain it properly or quit your job if you’re not happy there.

    Great experience definitely one of the better Bell locations I’ve been too. I did have to wait a few minutes before getting help but it’s unexpected to be this busy in the afternoon on a weekday. Ishan was the person who helped me and he was very friendly, was able to find exactly what I wanted (even though it was their last one) and I’m very satisfied with the ease of the process as I expected to spend significantly longer here.

    I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this Bell store, especially with the manager (I believe his name was Beremen, but I may be slightly off). For some reason, Bell allowed two different accounts to be registered under the same email address. Because of this, when I try to log into the MyBell app, I only see the account with a $0 balance, it’s meaning I can’t make any payments. At another store, I was told to call support. When I called support, they told me to go back to a store or add my account through the app. The app doesn’t allow that. So I came to this location hoping they could help. Once again, I was told they couldn’t do anything and that I should “do it through the website.” When I asked if they could help me log in through the website in the store, they said they’re not allowed to open “third-party websites.” But it literally Bell’s own website, and the manager’s response was: “Don’t tell me how to do my job.” I honestly couldn’t believe it. Who is supposed to fix this, if Bell’s system allows multiple accounts under one email and there’s no way to merge them in the app? At this location, I felt like the staff simply didn’t care if it’s not tied to their sales metrics, they just shrug it off. If you ever run into an account issue or anything slightly outside a simple sale, avoid this store and especially the manager I mentioned above.
