  We ordered a package and it says delivered, but it never was. When we called to get the POD image, any information, it was excuse after excuse. Terrible to deal with and they dont listen to instructions.

  ⛔️The sheer recklessness and negligence of this failed, thieving company is indescribable! They threw my passport at the building entrance instead of putting it in the mailbox! I almost lost the most important document I own because of them, and my flight was scheduled for the very next day! It was only by pure luck and a frantic search that I found it discarded at the entrance

  I would like for the driver who delivered a package to 4 prospect lane in cambridge ontario yesterday morning and got stuck in the driveway and came to my house to borrow a shovel . Was stuck there for over an hour with having to have other fed ex drivers come to help get her out . When she left she took my shovel and did not bring ot back ... who does that ?? BRING MY DANG SHOVEL BACK . PLEASE N THANK YOU
