"Delivered"... see photos Update on the response from the owner bellow It's been 2 weeks since the company responded, and I have yet to hear from customer service. The text bellow from the owner has resulted in NO ACTION at this time. It appears these are just NICE WORDS from a company that wants to look like it cares while doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING, to keep bussiness coming in. I would advise using another shipping company if you want to avoid having your daughters Christmas gift stolen due to driver negligence. At the end of the day anyone can say they are "LOOKING INTO IT. You are just a number and your dollars are more important than your shipping needs. Try another company!

- COChris OJun 1, 20222.0While I dont seen to have problems with the freight and only occasionally rude delivery drivers the call center is horrible. The automated system is broken and has been since October 2021 - most of the people in the call center don't know how to do the job and are very hard to understand and the audio quality is awful.
