  Unreliable! Unrealistic window for delivery! Second time waiting all day for a delivery which never materialized. Delivery window was anytime before the end of the day; it’s going on 10pm; no delivery; no email updates. Suggest using a different courier if you have the option.

  There was a customer ahead of me and waited for a bit, when another server came out to help me and she was great. Was in and out in no time.

  Parking lot kinda sucks , as the very large Delivery trucks park and drive thru the same area. Making initial turn into lot tight and crowded. If they're going to allow customer drop off, they should have separate parking lot for just that.

  Two days in a row I’ve come to this location to pick up IKEA packages that were giving me a hard time (on IKEAS side), and the young girl at the front was so sweet and efficient as well that I was able to go over my lunch both days and pick up the packages within seconds. Too make things even better I must have fumbled my ID when placing the package in my car and a wonderful women named Shelly that also works at FedX picked it up and BROUGHT it to my house to save me the trouble of having to replace it. Amazing people!!❤️
