So I came to this office to make my case that in fact, I did not owe duty fees because this was the third time I had received a package from this shipper for the exact same product and there were no duties owed the previous two times. Plus, the total cost of the item is $20 and so $40 in duties makes no sense. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and gave me the phone number I needed to call to dispute the duties and fees as well as give me some strategies in terms of what to say in order to get the best results. The only downside is that I had to drive 20 minutes to get there and now I have to wait 24 hours for a resolution, but I appreciated the friendliness of the staff at this particular FedEx location.

Again, it was delivered when I was not home because I cant stay home all day not knowing when it will be delivered! They couldn't tel me when exactly it will be delivered. This is just a horrible experience.

- MGM GJul 21, 20254.05-stars for the customer service of the middle aged woman there who seemingly carried 80lbs of cargo so she didn't have to make a repeated trip to the back area (a cart would probably make their lives easier). -1 stars for their poorly designed parking lot, which has far too many concrete "side-walls" that scraped the hell out of my front tire and is so compact that it's nigh-impossible to hit other cars in it.
