  Rachel in the storefront here was extremely helpful. I don't ship often, but she provided me with all the information and options I needed to get my package shipped out effeciently. Apparently there is an ongoing issue at US customs port and ground shipments are currently being returned, she advised me of this and I chose another option. Hopefully it will be resolved soon! Very friendly, prompt, and personalized service.

  This is by far the worst shipping service I have ever experienced. After shipping and sharing my experience with friends, they blamed me for using FedEx. This is an absolute shame. I shipped a product worth $1,624 per unit in-store, followed all procedures, and due to a FedEx agent at this branch failing to input the declared value, my item was lost in transit. I was charged $220 for shipping, then told to open a claim, and then offered only $100 days later. I am now being forced to fight for a claim that should never have been disputed. This is by far the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had. I want my product returned or a full refund. I will not stop pushing for the return of this product or my money back. This experience at this branch must be shared all over.

  Poor customer service and management! The staff doesn’t know what they are doing, and laugh at clients and joke about their packages being lost, You tell them about your issues and they seem not to care at all, laughing at you and making jokes, and the manager is unfortunately the same way - employees behave badly and he still doesn’t do anything to improve the service or help, no apologies are issued either for rude behavior and waste of time Glad to know it now to never use FedEx again.

  I visited last week to pick up my package. One of the staff members was very kind and asked me to wait inside the warehouse while she brought my package. While I was waiting, another lady came and spoke to me very rudely, telling me to leave the area even after I explained that another employee told me to wait there. She even pushed the door open with her hand and insisted I wait outside. There is definitely a better and more respectful way to communicate with customers. There are many other shipping companies, and after this experience, I don’t think I will send anything with FedEx again because of how I was treated. I just wanted to share my experience.
