The call centre was unable to resolve the issue, so I visited my local Bell store for help. From start to finish, Kevin and Damon were incredibly helpful, kind and patient while troubleshooting the problem. After over an hour of trying multiple solutions, Damon went above and beyond to fully resolve the issue. The customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this store.
