I felt bad he wasnt there when I made my purchase (not sure if they get commission) but he was just so thoughtful, intelligent, knowledgeable and had great banter/customer service skills. My fiance and him felt like they were speaking another language with computer parts etc. For the most part the members of the team here are nice, friendly and knowledgeable

I was brushed off by different associates in a couple of stores before going to him by coincidence during a lunch break. I was looking for something specific that would suit my kid as it will be his first phone/line. He listened, looked up a couple of offers and helped me choose the best one and took care of everything from A to Z! Glad I ran into him.
