    I went to Bell at mapleview Haya and Dylan took care of me in a professional manner and I was very pleased with everything they did for me! And they suggested if there is anything else I need help with they both will be there to help me.

    The 4.5 star rating average across all the reviews really is well deserved. My Fianceé and I walked in to what was a very busy store. We were told to chat with the manager, Chris, so we waited. I won't sugar-coat it, it was quite a long wait. What stood out to me, and what made the wait worth it, was seeing how John and Chris multi-tasked and handled the busy store. They were just a 2 man shop that day. However, they did their absolute best to tend to every customer and answer as many questions as they could without neglecting the customer they were helping. Before even receiving help, that made me feel that we were in good hands. The communication between them, the understanding they had with each other, the way Chris manages, were all amazing. That was only confirmed when we were ACTUALLY being helped by Chris. His style of management as well as how we treats the customers is phenomenal. Everyone talks about being "customer oriented" or caring about the "customer's experience" or "fostering a healthy workplace", but Chris really lives this out. It's so so so refreshing to see a manager who truly (and very explicitly) impacts his store in such a positive way. He sat with us, joked, laughed, answered all of our questions, made sure we were able to get the best value for our money, and really made the experience wonderful. He also bragged about how great his team is - can you imagine, a manager who is actually proud of the team he works with! I can't remember the last time I left a customer service interaction feeling so grateful and relieved to have been helped by them. Chris stayed and helped us past 9pm (closing time), and still thanked US for our patience. I remember saying to him "You're going to make me stay with Bell. Not because of Bell, but because of you. I'm only going to come talk to you from now on". I fully mean that. Everyone wants loyal and regular customers, but no one puts the work in. Chris does. John does. The whole team does. Chris made sure to double, triple, and quadruple check all of the information, which actually led to catching a possible mistake - good on you Chris! It was a wonderful experience to be helped by Chris, and I am usually not one to hand out flowers for people just doing their jobs - but I will gladly do so if they go above and beyond like him and his team.

    James and John are AMAZING!!!!! They helped us so much during Boxing Day time so we are so grateful to them. They did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied and we are glad to have still been with Bell. They deserve a raise!!
