  I was at the Bell store in Mapleview today and Haya helped me set up my phone and choose the right plan. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with Bell. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident with my choices. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that I was getting the best value. Amazing customer service. Bell needs more people like her. Highly recommend asking for Haya!

  I strongly recommend avoiding this store. Make sure you have all the details about your current phone, internet, and other plans before speaking with them. I was told I was being offered a better plan, but it turned out not to be true. They also failed to disclose hidden charges until I was already in the process of signing up. I nearly ended up with a plan that would have cost me more and had to cancel before installation. Be cautious.

  WOWWW! Oh my gosh wonderful Jana was AMAZING!!! We came into the store with THE MOST COMPLICATED request... Jana was patient with us. She used her great product knowledge to help us find the devices we needed. She worked hard to find the best plans for our 4 lines. We feel heard. We feel like we are in the best hands. Thank you Bell for having Jana at the Mapleview store. I have recently been to the Burlington store (pre-Christmas November rush, and a year befire that). Everyone should choose the Mapleview store. That's all I will say to that.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I am not one to ever write bad reviews, but this experience has been so awful I had to. An associate here completely mishandled my account when signing me up for a promotional plan. My mobile lines were incorrectly separated from my internet account, and put into a new account. Nearly every detail was entered wrong- including my business name and business number. Along with the unprofessional and aggressive demeanor of the associate, we felt entirely misled. Since then, I’ve been sent on a frustrating goose chase trying to have everything corrected and to get the promised promotional plans reinstated after my accounts had to be merged. This took hours of my personal time and disrupted my vacation while dealing with Bell over the phone. As of this review and weeks later, it is STILL not resolved. Be very cautious when dealing with this location, let alone Bell. Review every detail and all paperwork carefully, or you may end up dealing with the same headaches I still currently am. I wanted to add that the absurdity of calling customer service, being told your issue is still pending resolution, and then having the conversation abruptly switched to them trying to sell you a package bundle for streaming services is absolutely appalling and gross. Bell needs to retrain its employees and improve their customer service.
