He kept a level head still invested in every conversation and ALWAYS had an answer. John was great too. He was very helpful as well until it had to escalate (which was not his fault).

It was busy in the store and they gave us undivided attention, truly appreciated both of them. I hate the monopoly that Bell and Rogers have on telecoms in Canada, and these two employees made me hate Bell a little less....great hires.

He was the only rep in the store, & was serving 2 customers at once. He was patient, kind, polite & intelligent. He even responded politely to a 3rd customer’s question, who then was rude to Dylan & left the store. Dylan answered all our questions & gave us great info. We upgraded to IPhone 17 with Dylan’s help on some issues with my old phone. His customer service was exemplary! We wish more of our experiences could be like this one. It was a real pleasure to deal with him. Thanks Dylan!! ⭐️
