- PVPeter VeliquezFeb 9, 20261.0I was satisfied with Mark from virgin chat with us that help me and tried his best to help me, but virgin mobile booth in lynden mall itself is heartless especially in my situation that my wife got into an accident and I was unable to call her due to virgin mobile shutting down my data. The manager in that booth (today Feb 9, 2026) was completely ignorant about the situation and pretend to understand what was happening, but they didn't care I had to wait for my sister in law to message me in messenger when I was connected to a tim hortons wifi to get the news that my wife was in the hospital. Virgin mobile will help you and when you can pay them, but once you stop paying or even encounter any difficulties in your life even if you communicate countless of times with them they don't care or even entertain it. I will NEVER again use virgin mobile never!!!!!! At least freedom mobile has more humanity in them when it comes to situation like this.
