This youngster lost Bell a pretty hefty sale, as I was there to upgrade iPhone for my staff of 23 employees. My wife encouraged me to go to another local provider that was properly trained in customer service. This girl is doing this location a great disservice with her arrogant demeanor. My wife and I met to other women at the other shop who were discussing the same young girl. Sorry Bell, will be closing our Corporate contract after nearly 20 years, this girl was the last straw. Good luck to you
