  I was looking for a standalone phone plan for my son’s Apple Watch. Called various stores such as Freedom and Bell and no one could help me out, asking for unnecessary limitations. When I called virgin mobile, Rohit was very confident he could help me. I made a trip to Bramalea and sure enough he was extremely helpful and set it up for us in few minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you Rohit, you are truly a champion and keep up the great service!!

  Manahil was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole SIM card process quick and smooth. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best plan without any pressure. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Virgin.

  The black lady asked me what questions I have. I asked for a new number in bell. She asked what's the current carrier and why do I need the new number. I said I need it. She told they're not selling new number. Made Fool of me.

  Hi visited the Virgin Plus Store @ BCC fairly close to the end of their working hrs -- Sales Consultant Rohit working to wrap up the store operations took the time to service my plan related issues in a professional and friendly manner - despite being very close to closing up the store - His commitment to service was much appreciated and he made the trip so worth it. Congratulations Virgin Plus for having Rohit in ur team - his service made all the difference !!
