  Great service by Nitin , we visited the store for upgrading phones he guided us through each and every step very efficiently. Excellent skills and helpful. 100% recommended for Bell services.

  paid for a warranty on my phone and when I went to use it these pieces lf crap refused to honour it??? What a joke

  horrible customer service! been with bell for 5 years and we change our phones quite often, however, this time we were given multiple false promises and no accountability. i had apple care and was told to switch over to free warranty that came with my new device and the sales rep assured me that it covered everything. now that i need to get my phone replaced as it broke, they said it depends on the damage cuz it was our fault … such bs - i was not told they could deny it and not only did i cancel apple care, i now have to go to the apple store and pay extra cuz everyone that works here is incompetent. we even had issues with our new phones- we were told a different price and when we ordered the phones and went to pick them up, we were told the offer has since expired and we need to pay a higher price - why did they not inform us of that before they ordered the phones for us?? no regard for customer service at all and no accountability. absolutely horrible experience and service
