    I am writing this review specifically regarding my interaction with Mr. Chintan Chauhan at the Cellular Hut Bell store in Brampton. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to a lack of accountability and an unfulfilled financial promise. Mr. Chauhan instructed me to follow the porting process (port to Bell, then immediately back to Rogers) to secure a specific rate plan. As part of this, I was told to purchase a SIM card from a local Bell store and was explicitly promised a refund of $33.90 for that purchase, as the required SIM could not be delivered in time. It has now been nearly two months since the promise was made, and despite numerous follow-ups and attempts to contact Mr. Chauhan, I have received absolutely no refund. I have wasted significant time chasing this amount. I require immediate action to process the $33.90 refund that was guaranteed. This failure to follow through after the transaction was complete is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the representative and the store's customer service standards.
