    Finally transferred to bell and was helped by the amazing Mr. John. Would for sure ask for this guy if im going to bell.!!

    Worst service ever. There was PRIYA , i got new sim from some other location and was not working. Called cx services and they asked me to go to bell store near by you they will change the sim. Priya she straight said we can’t do anything and we will charge $50 if you need new sim.

    DO NOT BUY PHONE’S from here…. 0 star is preferable. Wasting tons of time for nothing. Harassment for hours and Racial discriminating superior MATT Phone looks like being there for a year and half old. Okay so on Black Friday on iphone 16 pro they gave the deal which was pretty decent and i took it. Firstly, i wanted white iphone 16 pro and they did not have that in stock so they called Québec stores to get it and send it for me ( which was my biggest mistake). It arrived after 5 days and when i went to store to get it, It was an OPEN BOX which they did not tell me before and charged me for the sealed device and instead gave me the open box i said okay thats fine as long as it works but then things getting harder at that time I wouldn’t be able to transfer my data from an another iphone. So i told the employees and they did check everything,called superior over superiors and did all those things so that can work out. for 5-6 hours i was sitting there with my mother and those guys didn’t even apologize for the whole thing. After hours they fixed the problem but i paid for the sealed device not for the open box and instead of honouring and giving me the new device they were like oh IMEI is linked and we can not give you another one for the same price. Basically, blowing my black friday deals with other carriers and arriving that late for the device they simply were not changing even i was way nicer to them. It was their fault 100% for giving me an open box instead of sealed that we agreed on. They were not even bringing my old plan backed instead they gave me the worst $40 plan for no data text and talk only which ill for sure change the carrier but never ever again go with the bell even will tell my fellow associates, family members and friends to not go with them. So the manager(sam) was able to change it but he needed permission from MATT who is superior of him and he was talking to me on phone and not even single word of sorry i heard from him. Instead he was talking in an abusive tone ;listen to me, i mean dude i worked for many companies in canada and first word what comes after our employees or if its our fault is im so sorry instead you listen to me.!!!! I mean come on i hope bell reads this if not ill surely post it on other social media accounts so that those instead of honouring me or giving me a new one would get a lesson or other customers wont go with bell for sure. I mean you’ll get harassed for no reason for hours. So trust me guys there a tons of other stores ROGERS, FREEDOM, TELUS are giving much better deals and would not Lie to your face and give u an open box like bell does. At end, i would recommend please do not visit that store or any other stores of bell as they are not straight forward, lying to ur face, give you the worst possible plan ever. Not to mention they harass you, and Racial discriminate you if you are an indian, sikh or whatsoever. So please my brother and sisters avoid getting into trouble by going to Bell. Thanks me later.
