  Wonderful location! We such a positive experience thanks to Samar & Shuvam. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me and my mom find phone plans that met our needs for the lowest cost. Even though it was a busy day (due to black friday rush)… they tended to customers efficiently, answered all questions patiently, and we left satisfied… getting exactly the phone plans we were looking for + feeling cared for and understood.

  I visited the store approximately one week ago regarding the purchase of a new phone. The store manager, Shivam, assisted me; however, he did not provide clear or complete information about my billing cycle. His behavior was unprofessional, and I was surprised by the lack of courtesy expected from someone in a managerial position. When I later contacted the store to clarify my billing cycle, he spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner.
