I am not very tech savvy but with his patient manner he never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. While I was in the store waiting for my phone getting set up, I observed Shevone work his magic with other customers and I was amazed at his competence and efficiency, all the while always checking back with me…wonderful people skills and salesmanship. I am a retired business owner and I would highly commend Shevone as Management material.
