Been a bell customer for a while and came in to see some offers and upgrade my phone. Demar greeted me and helped me throughout the process. He was professional and friendly and offered me great deals and was able to get me a brand new iPhone at a very reasonable price that I don't think any other company could beat !! Definitely gained a loyal customer for life! Thank you Demar!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Bell store.
When I visited the store, there was only one associate Tayo. I waited patiently for assistance. During that time, Tayo asked unnecessary questions he doesn’t know anything totally unprofessional and incapable to be at bell store no customer service adequates he keep on pushing me to connect to store wifi as i already told him phone has working internet connection and he was not listening anything He is totally inexperienced before i visited bell store i always have good experience with the guy Named Vasu he assist everyone very nicely.
Additionally, Bell store will soon lose his customer if this guy keep on disrespecting the customers. I found this behavior unprofessional and discourteous. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service, especially from a company like Bell that represents a major brand.
I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure better customer service experiences in the future.

When I visited the store, there was only one associate, Tayo, on the floor assisting another customer. I waited patiently for assistance. During that time, Tayo mentioned that three other associates were in the back, yet he did not call anyone to assist me. When I politely asked if someone else could help, he responded that he was with a customer and that I would need to wait, without making any effort to see if another associate was available.
Additionally, when I asked for his name, he ignored me. I found this behavior unprofessional and discourteous. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service, especially from a company like Bell that represents a major brand.
Eventually, another male associate came out and assisted me, which I appreciated. However, the initial interaction left a very negative impression.
I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure better customer service experiences in the future.

By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had — truly above and beyond.
Demarcus is hands down the most dedicated, patient, and genuine salesman I have ever encountered. I initially came in on Friday just to inquire about an iPhone, with no pressure or expectations, and from that very moment he treated me like a priority. From Friday all the way through Sunday — during a snowstorm — he stayed in constant contact, checking in, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.
What really stood out to me was his patience and attention to detail. He never rushed me, never made me feel like a burden, and took the time to answer every single question thoroughly. You can tell he truly cares about the customer’s experience, not just making a sale. His knowledge, professionalism, and calm approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
On top of all that, Demarcus literally went out of his way in a snowstorm to make sure I was taken care of. That level of commitment is extremely rare. It shows how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely values the people he helps. Because of him, everything worked out perfectly and I was able to fully enjoy my day off without any stress.
Demarcus is kind, respectful, informative, and incredibly thoughtful. His overall wellness in helping — making sure I felt good, confident, and satisfied with my decision — speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional he is. I’ve never met a salesman willing to go this far for a customer, and it truly meant a lot to me.
