    This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had with DHL. My shipment has been stuck and not delivered for days. I called customer service for two days straight and every time they promised that it would be delivered, but nothing happened. They keep giving false information and wasting my time. Their service is extremely disappointing and unreliable. Because of their delays and poor communication, they completely ruined my day. At this point I don’t even care when they deliver it anymore. I expected a professional service from DHL, but instead I got nothing but frustration. I would not recommend DHL to anyone based on this experience.

    Avoid DHL Express at all costs. This has been the worst shipping experience I have ever had. For over a week, I was in direct correspondence with Peter Chen and Darryl Wettlaufer from DHL’s executive team, who repeatedly assured me they would be working on my concerns and resolving my case. Despite those assurances, absolutely nothing was done to move my situation forward. My package — which contains my wedding dress — has been stuck and delayed with no clear answers, no urgency, and no accountability. What has made this experience even worse is the shocking level of miscommunication and misinformation coming from DHL itself. During my multiple calls with customer service, representatives openly admitted that the tracking updates shown on the DHL website are sometimes manually updated and may not actually reflect the true status of the shipment. As a customer relying on those updates, that is completely unacceptable. The tracking system is supposed to provide transparency, yet I was essentially told not to trust the information being displayed. Throughout this entire process, I was sent back and forth between different representatives, given conflicting explanations, and repeatedly told that someone would “look into it” or “get back to me.” No one ever followed through. Because of these delays, I was forced to cancel my engagement photoshoot, and I am now facing the possibility of having to purchase a backup wedding dress. Instead of enjoying the lead-up to my wedding, I have spent an entire week dealing with stress, uncertainty, and a complete lack of support from a company that advertises itself as a premium express shipping service. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I specifically chose DHL Express because I believed it would be the most reliable option for something this important. Unfortunately, my experience has shown the exact opposite. The lack of accountability, the misinformation from customer service, the inaccurate tracking updates, and the failure of leadership to resolve an escalated case has made this one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever had. If you are shipping something important, valuable, or time-sensitive, I strongly recommend choosing another carrier. Based on my experience, DHL Express cannot be trusted to handle urgent shipments or provide honest communication when problems arise.
