  Hy everyone, just wanted to share I had a very disappointing experience at the Bell Store Trinity Common Mall. I visited the store to return my phone after my lease ended, but the employees, Simrat and another male staff member (whose name I don’t recall), refused to accept it. They said they didn’t have enough bags and told me to go to Canada Post instead, which was a completely illogical and unhelpful response. Handling returns should be the store’s responsibility, not the customer’s. To resolve the issue, I then visited the Bell Store Bramalea City Centre, where the staff accepted my phone without any hesitation and even confirmed that the refusal at the previous store made no sense. This clearly shows inconsistency in service and very poor customer handling at the Trinity Common location. Extremely frustrating experience.

  Worst service ever. I have had other service providers but this is the worst. They can’t seem to fix the internet problem we have no internet from few days. I spent 1 hr of troubleshooting with them with no outcome then they told me to go to a bell Canada store to do troubleshooting with them. I have never had that all other service providers will send a technician to your place. I called next day to request that option, the person said they don’t have that option and every time I call them they have to do what the technician did last night the provide a solution. Like what??? I said you want me to spend 1 hr again with you she said yes that’s our process and then if it don’t work go to a store? What? I am applaud at the service what era they work in. Pathetic
