I had an amazing experience working with DeMarcus at Bell. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution - not just making a sale. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood all my options.
What really stood out was his compassion and attention to detail and willingness to go an extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. In today's day in age it's rare to come across someone who combines knowledge, honesty and beyond excellence service so effortlessly.
If you are looking for someone who actually cares, is genuine and knows what he's doing, I wish there was a word for highly recommend cause this young man did amazing.Truly top tier experience.

I had a great experience with Cameisha Beckford, the manager at Bell Bramalea. She was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. We came in with an urgent service issue, and she was quick to step in and take control of the situation.
Cameisha took the time to listen carefully, explain our options clearly, and made sure everything was resolved efficiently. Her calm and helpful approach really stood out, especially during a stressful situation. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.

Customer service at this store is horrible. They had one associate serving multiple customers. Meanwhile 2 others in grey jackets stood around on their phones, drinking coffee and chatting. Not one of them would help. Meanwhile the one associate would leave in mid conversation to help several others. Horrible experience. Left the store after 2 hours and was sent to Apple
For years, my mom had been struggling to understand her Bell mobility bills. Every time we reached out, we either got vague answers or explanations that only left us more confused. It got to a point where we were seriously considering switching over to Rogers just to avoid the frustration. That’s when we met Shevone.
From the very beginning, he took the time to patiently walk us through every detail of the billing, breaking things down in a way that finally made sense. He didn’t rush us or brush off our concerns like others had in the past. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping us understand what we were paying for.
What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. Not only did he resolve the confusion, but he also helped my mom find a better plan and upgrade her phone in a way that actually suited her needs. Even though Bell ended up being about $10 more than Rogers, we chose to stay and that decision was entirely because of Shevone’s honesty, knowledge, and professionalism.
