  The three ladies in there are amazing, one other man however who’s name I did not get was very rude, uncooperative and not helpful.

  Great experience yesterday again dealing with Suella, she was able to navigate a couple of areas of concern with my accounts. She is always professional yet approachable, never hesitates to say that if she doesn't know something, she'll find out and get back to me. Been a Bell customer since 1975 and she's the first rep that I'm always assured of a professional and satisfactory interaction.

  After 3 days of calling bell customer service trying to obtain a return label for our phones I decided to drive 1.5 hours to the Bracebridge store. Thank goodness I did. The customer service was fantastic and when it's time for us to upgrade I will be making that drive again rather than dealing with phone customer service. Thank you Daniel for all you did for me and making the drive worth it!

  Came in to upgrade to a new phone and had excellent customer service from Julie and Mallory who worked through their lunch to help me. They weren’t pushy about the extras, instead explained the new insurance plan and showed me how I could trade in my old phone and get the insurance for free! They didn’t rush through the process and didn’t mind answering the questions I had. Highly recommend this store.
