  Yesterday I went and got a new phone. The young lady that helped me could not have been any kinder or more helpful. Her name is Sim, she was very plesant and knows her stuff. Sim made my experience very positive. I give my my experience 5 stars and a huge shout out to Sim! I would recommend her to help you!

  Misleading and unprofessional experience I had a very poor experience at the Bell store in Bowmanville. I was told that the phone I wanted to upgrade to was not in stock, while a couple standing next to me in the store was in the process of purchasing the exact same phone at the same time. I did not question staff about this, but it was clearly observable. Shortly after, when I visited the Bell store in Oshawa, staff there already appeared to be aware of my visit to Bowmanville, which strongly suggested that the Bowmanville location had contacted them regarding my request. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling unwelcome and deliberately turned away. I have been a Bell customer for over two years and moved my business lines from Rogers to Bell, expecting honest and respectful service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

  Only rated a 5 because of Tomas. Professional and knows his job. Works for the ppl! but respects Bells corporation. Some employees forget the customer but Tomas was exceptional

  I had an excellent experience with Tamas at the Bell store in Clarington - Bowmanville. Tamas was incredibly patient, open, and honest throughout the entire process. He spent nearly two hours on the phone with me in-store, ensuring everything was handled properly. He clearly explained each step, walked me through the different departments involved in the services, and made sure I fully understood my options. He was friendly, understanding, well-dressed, and extremely professional from start to finish. His dedication and calm approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Overall, a truly great customer service experience — highly recommend working with Tamas.
