It was either some how put on negative list or the device itself. I kept going in circles with actual customer service for provider repeating myself. Were walking into this location asking her if she has any idea what might be the issue she went out of her way to help me. So when came to replacing my step dad device damn right I went there. She deserves our business. 100 stars 🌟 keep being a good person and helping others on their needs and issues in this world of phones.
