I had made arrangements to have the work performed in the first week of November, which was then changed to the second week of November and I was eventually told by the franchisee owner that it would not be possible until after Christmas. Now I have to scramble to find another cleaning company to perform the work. This is not a professional or a dependable company that you would want to hire.
