Forcing me to drive an hour round trip to retrieve a package expensively shipped right to my door. Terrible service. Do not use this company.

I called customer service and explained that I didn't think taxes should apply to previously owned items. I was told they'd look into it. I am now receiving calls from a collection agency. Not a customer friendly business practice!
