    Went in due to my phone not reading my sim card and when it wouldn't read the new one they gave me, the woman with brown hair and glasses said my options were to put my sim card in an old phone, pay for the repair, or buy out my contract. I'm thankful that I overheard the employee next to her explaining to another customer how the phone they just bought has eSim (a non-physical sim card option), so I Googled it when I left to figure out my phone could also do that. Maybe I should've known that, but so should all of the employees working with and selling these phone while handling the contracts. Especially when I was almost out $500 because of it.

    I went into the store because my iPhone was first in a locked screen and I couldn’t shut it down or do anything. The salesperson told me that it happens because it was an older model. He convinced me that there was nothing that I could do. I had already tried draining the battery and hopefully restarting it that way but it only locked up again. I was convinced to get a new iPhone. On the way out of the mall I went to the guys in the booth in the middle and within 3 minutes he had my phone up and open and working again. He didn’t even charge me because he said that it was just a quick hard restart that was unique to my iPhone version. I went back to the Bell store to return the iPhone that I didn’t need within 10 minutes of getting it and I was no longer able to get back to my plan so I now have a plan that is more expensive. Lesson learned

    Disgusting people I ever meet. Not help me I visit many times staff involve in talking with each other. No customer care service.they should send home taking free salary . Pathetic people
