- LBL BartolNov 2, 20251.0I went into the store because my iPhone was first in a locked screen and I couldn’t shut it down or do anything. The salesperson told me that it happens because it was an older model. He convinced me that there was nothing that I could do. I had already tried draining the battery and hopefully restarting it that way but it only locked up again. I was convinced to get a new iPhone. On the way out of the mall I went to the guys in the booth in the middle and within 3 minutes he had my phone up and open and working again. He didn’t even charge me because he said that it was just a quick hard restart that was unique to my iPhone version. I went back to the Bell store to return the iPhone that I didn’t need within 10 minutes of getting it and I was no longer able to get back to my plan so I now have a plan that is more expensive. Lesson learned

Went in to enquire if the email I received from my Bell account with respect to an option to upgrade my iPhone to a 16 if the benefits were being offered at the store. The young gentleman ABHI waited on me. The benefits on my email were not being offered, he presented to me what the store could do. We worked the cost difference in purchasing a new phone and it was a good size savings. I purchased the IPhone 16. In addition to great savings was how ABHI was his pleasant, friendly, informative manner. I’m a senior, fairly knowledgeable with tech but he did not rush the information answered my questions and we worked through the pros & cons. This my 4th Iphone I have purchased at this location, each I time I have received fabulous service. Very indicative of the management training. This is why I keep coming back. Thank you ABHI for making it a great experience.
