  Went to Georgian Mall for my Bell Mobility Issue. Not able to find the store. Then at Vrigin Plus I found Harsh. Not just he helped me fix my bell issue he also help me upgrade my phone. Best person to talk and will always recommend my family members to visit him now. He is too sweet and polite with me and my husband.

  Mi wife and I had the pleasure of interacting with Store Manager Harsh yesterday, yes that’s his name but he’s far from harsh. A true professional who helped my wife with her new iPhone, even though she bought it online. The Virgin retail outlets are not obligated to offer assistance with setting up, transferring etc when a phone is purchased online. Even though the online rep swore thats the way it’s done. It’s not! The online rep gave us bad advice. They should change their unwarranted practices. Fortunately Harsh, the store manager handled this painlessly for my wife. If you are looking for a new phone or service from virgin, go directly to this location at Bayfield Mall. See Harsh and his Team. Service is great. You will not be disappointed.
