I came in for technical support for my husbands phone and was told to come back the next day. When I asked why, staff said that because it was two days after Boxing Day, their policy only allows them to focus on sales and not support. Being turned away as an existing customer was frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has really hurt my trust in their customer service.
