    This review is in regards to my local delivery driver who works for Fedex Ground who claimed FedEx was unable to take credit card or debit card as payment methods due to 3/10 cases being fraudulent or declining cards. I told him to hold it at this location only to find out that he should have had a P.O.S system handy knowing there were duties to be collected on my package by the knowledgeable and efficient associate at the depot. I hope this instance is a one-off and decided to not disclose his name.

    I had a horrible experience with FedEx while receiving a Roots online order. Despite contacting FedEx in advance to correct an address issue, the package was still delivered to the wrong address. I made multiple attempts to resolve this, but FedEx provided no meaningful support or accountability. As a result, I never received my order. Roots also refused to assist by updating the address or cancelling the order, directing me to FedEx instead. In the end, neither company took responsibility, and I was left paying for an item I never received. This experience has completely eroded my trust in FedEx’s delivery service, and I would not recommend them based on how this situation was handled.

    My boyfriend needed to ship his monitor to aser. We spoke to a representative (after 5 calls, bc an AI just won’t let us through), and representative said they do have boxes and wrapping available on a location. We got there, haven’t even walked through the door, the lady came out (it was Jan 10, 2026, around 1 pm), not tall, long black hair, and said that we need a box for it, they don’t have any for that size, just small express packages. We left. I, again, called over 10 times just to get through an AI to speak to a human being, who told me they DO have boxes, and he confused why she said they don’t. It’s a huge warehouse, and there also should be another location on that same address, so even if she didn’t have that, she should’ve referred us to a different entrance. And the whole conversation happened while we were standing outside, freezing cold, holding a monitor. So now we are going to Staples, as they are authorised fedex location too. But I regret not checking her name before leaving, she shouldn’t be working with people, if she doesn’t have an audacity to offer any kind of help or simply ask TO COME INSIDE to explain what we need to do or where we need to go. Terrible experience. If I could - I would’ve rate it not even a 0, but negative 5

    3 days in a row with light snow but plowed roads fedex barrie failed to deliver my package. today was +4 (wed), Monday was beautiful and Tuesday I understand weather causes delays but this is canada. Im stuck in a loop because its scheduled for delivery so I cant just go get it today. Do I trust they will deliver tomorrow? Not really. I would just pick it up from fedex if customer support wasn't useless.

    Bad bad bad bad bad customer service ever. Unfortunately, my experience with FedEx was very negative. The shipment was delayed, tracking updates were unreliable, and customer service failed to resolve the issue or provide clear information. For a company of this size, the level of service was unacceptable.
