So this morning Bell was working, new provider due this morning to do installation . Then Bell says there is an issue with Fibe box, which can't be fixed till Wednesday. Oh what a surprise. Yesterday I got a call from Bell Customer relations offering me my internet for just $50.00 unlimited a month when they have been charging me $121.00 a month. Bell is underhanded, if they are so scared of competition reduced your rates. Over playing games, to affect customers.

From all the features in the phone and every other phone on display, to putting my dad in a way better plan. He offered device protection which we opted in for. He offered to do the transfers with a extremely nice smile :) , and made sure the phone was in perfect condition before leaving the store. Our experience because of him, was perfect in store. This is why we always come to Bell and refuse to leave to another provider. We won't call customer service because we would rather deal with a guy like him. :) so thank you if you see this !
