- MMMarcia The Dog Nanny Murray2 days ago1.0After 26 years as a customer. I finally had enough and found a provider of internet able to service my area. So this morning Bell was working, new provider due this morning to do installation . Then Bell says there is an issue with Fibe box, which can't be fixed till Wednesday. Oh what a surprise. Yesterday I got a call from Bell Customer relations offering me my internet for just $50.00 unlimited a month when they have been charging me $121.00 a month. Bell is underhanded, if they are so scared of competition reduced your rates. Over playing games, to affect customers.

- GSGina SAug 22, 20251.0Bell Canada has dishonest pricing practices, unclear billing, and unexpected charges even after deals were promised by in-store and on-line associates. It is extremely frustrating to deal with any rep from Bell Canada. I live in a rural area and unfortunately have to deal with them as they are the only provider in my area - except for Elon Musk - and for personal reasons I do not want to support Elon Musk. It is so sad that I am contemplating moving over to Elon Musk, just because Bell Canada is so horrible. Shame on you Bell Canada - shame on you. If I could give a zero rating, I would.
